Last updated: July 15, 2026

Template notice. This is a starting-point template, not legal advice. Before you operate publicly, have a qualified lawyer review and adapt it to SurgeFlux Global's actual services and to the laws of every country you serve.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SurgeFlux Global ("SurgeFlux", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a cryptocurrency platform in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SurgeFlux complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in unlawful activity.

4. Trading and staking

SurgeFlux lets you buy, sell, and stake supported digital assets. Prices are shown from live market data and may move between the time you view them and the time an order executes. Staking rewards are variable and are not guaranteed. Fees applicable to trades are disclosed within the platform.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit and withdrawal requests may be subject to review before they are processed. You are responsible for providing correct destination details; transactions sent to an incorrect address may be irreversible.

6. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency is volatile and high-risk. The value of digital assets can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of your funds. Nothing on SurgeFlux constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You trade at your own risk.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use SurgeFlux for money laundering, fraud, financing illegal activity, or any purpose prohibited by law. You may not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurgeFlux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, your own errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SurgeFlux after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
